AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this through an annual contract sized in blocks of 100 users. Five package options set your baseline: SSO & MFA, Device Identity Management, Cloud Insights, JumpCloud Platform, and JumpCloud Platform Prime. Each covers a different mix of identity, access, and device management, with Prime adding Zero Trust and 24/7 support. You pick the package that fits your use case. If your active user count rises above the contracted amount, a matching per-user monthly overage fee applies for that package. This lets usage scale beyond your commitment without a new contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable user for these packages?
Each package is sized per user, in blocks of 100 users. A user is a person account in the directory. Suspended users still count as billable and stay in the system during suspension. So your count reflects all retained accounts, not just active sessions.
What happens if my user count rises above my contracted amount?
Each package has a matching per-user monthly overage fee. If active users exceed your contracted block, that fee applies for the extra users. You keep your existing contract; the overage bills those additional users automatically at the package rate. This lets usage grow without a new agreement.
How do the five packages differ in what they cover?
SSO & MFA covers cloud directory, single sign-on, and push MFA. Device Identity Management adds cross-OS device management. Cloud Insights adds directory reporting. JumpCloud Platform combines identity, access, and device management. JumpCloud Platform Prime adds Zero Trust and 24/7 support. You pick one baseline package per contract.

What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud primarily for centralized user and device management, which solves several day-to-day IT management challenges. I really appreciate the device management and access control feature, as combining these into a single platform makes it much easier for me to manage users and devices without switching between multiple tools. The centralized administration simplifies the onboarding and offboarding process significantly, allowing us to provision or revoke access quickly without having to manually configure every device or application. The ease of deploying the initial setup of JumpCloud is another positive aspect for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the overall user interface and ease of navigating some of the administrative settings. As the environment grows, I find it challenging to locate specific device policies. While the user interface is generally good, it could be made more intuitive for administrators managing a larger number of users and devices. A more streamlined navigation structure with commonly used actions and settings easier to access would be helpful. I would also benefit from a more customizable dashboard displaying device compliance, inactive devices, user status, pending actions, and synchronization issues all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud for centralized user and device management, which solves IT challenges. It speeds up onboarding by allowing us to provision access without manual setup, making management easier and consolidating tools.
