AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this through an annual contract sized in blocks of 100 users. Five package options set your baseline: SSO & MFA, Device Identity Management, Cloud Insights, JumpCloud Platform, and JumpCloud Platform Prime. Each covers a different mix of identity, access, and device management, with Prime adding Zero Trust and 24/7 support. You pick the package that fits your use case. If your active user count rises above the contracted amount, a matching per-user monthly overage fee applies for that package. This lets usage scale beyond your commitment without a new contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable user for these packages?
Each package is sized per user, in blocks of 100 users. A user is a person account in the directory. Suspended users still count as billable and stay in the system during suspension. So your count reflects all retained accounts, not just active sessions.
What happens if my user count rises above my contracted amount?
Each package has a matching per-user monthly overage fee. If active users exceed your contracted block, that fee applies for the extra users. You keep your existing contract; the overage bills those additional users automatically at the package rate. This lets usage grow without a new agreement.
How do the five packages differ in what they cover?
SSO & MFA covers cloud directory, single sign-on, and push MFA. Device Identity Management adds cross-OS device management. Cloud Insights adds directory reporting. JumpCloud Platform combines identity, access, and device management. JumpCloud Platform Prime adds Zero Trust and 24/7 support. You pick one baseline package per contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple management, appropriate performance, and quite intuitive. It integrates very easily with other platforms. The quality-price ratio is also very good. We see that it has AI that we have not yet been able to exploit, but we will take the opportunity to open a case with the support team to guide us.
What do you dislike about the product?
How easy it is to use and how well it integrates with other external platforms. We see that it is evolving and adding AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a lot with integration with other solutions. Our company is in a significant growth/merger phase, and the truth is that JumpCloud is simple in that aspect.

Intuitive Remote Device Management with Powerful Admin Controls

What do you like best about the product?
I really like JumpCloud’s UI. It’s very user friendly, and I know where to find things in the dashboard, like logs, device history, the last time a user or device checked in, and the IP someone logged in from. I like being able to run commands from the dashboard to get more detailed reports, push commands to specific devices, and schedule them for a device group if I need to run them more than once. I also like that I can rename devices so they follow our naming scheme, and the name updates the next time the device checks in. I can bind a user to a device even if they haven’t signed in, and assign myself full admin access so I don’t have to find another way to grant those permissions when I sign in. JumpCloud works for us, and I’m pretty satisfied with its services and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m still learning and finding new features, and I feel like we’re not using JumpCloud as much as we should yet. I don’t feel like it isn’t working for me; I see room to improve how we use it and make better use of its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud to manage devices in our fully remote organization. I can send devices to new hires, access them remotely, track failed login attempts, and lock down a laptop if it’s lost or in the wrong hands to protect its data.

I like JumpCloud’s flexible directory configuration. I got the initial setup done quickly. I also use it to adjust or suspend access to our digital signature system when an employee takes extended leave, according to organizational policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think JumpCloud could improve administrator session management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud to adjust or suspend the right access when an employee takes extended leave, in line with our organizational policies.

Centralized Device Management with Helpful Support, Despite Complex Policies
Reviewed on Oct 23, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud’s user interface, and I like that remote desktop is already included instead of having to buy it separately. The admin portal makes it easy to manage my organization in one place. I can check devices and users, find logs, unlock devices, manage certificates, and run commands to troubleshoot a user’s computer without connecting remotely. The logs are clear, and the pre-made policies are useful—I can implement them without much trouble and get things working without breaking anything. I can manage different things in one place, including Google Workspace accounts. Support is good: they help over chat, will jump on a Google Meet, and often solve complex problems in chat. The setup was good, and I appreciated being able to contact the JumpCloud team on Slack, along with the useful knowledge base and pre-made documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find creating policies complex because JumpCloud is integrated with many things, so I have to check everything, including the Google accounts. Support is mostly good, but sometimes people seem to be handling multiple chats, and some don’t understand my questions. I’d like support staff to be sharper and understand questions without getting confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JumpCloud to manage our organization’s devices and endpoints, create policies, and block unwanted third-party applications across our deployment.
