Overview
Initially, we will meet with you for one or more discovery sessions. From these meetings, we gather enough information to quickly present you with a proposal without the need for a drawn-out waterfall-style analysis phase.
During discovery we’ll cover the following:
- What features does your solution need to have?
- How will users interact with the solution (web, mobile, wearable. IoT, etc)?
- Is there a specific go-to-market budget and deadline?
After a solution is agreed upon we collaborate closely with you through every stage of the development process. We collaboratively refine requirements into user stories, validate UX/UI designs, and demo completed features throughout agile ceremonies:
- Project kick-off & Inception
- Sprint planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Demo/Retrospective
Through the project, we strive to dynamically understand the changing needs of your business and shifts in your organization's strategic goals.
