The Business Cloud Readiness Assessment is a professional evaluation of how ready a specific business use case is for running in the cloud – regardless of it is still in idea or already implemented.

This service is tailored to all business departments such as Sales, Controlling, Procurement, HR, Production etc., and will assess an individual a use case that is currently running either on a single laptop, on a computer within the department or inside the local data center.

We will analyze your use case from all relevant perspectives Business, Platform, People, Governance, Operations and Security and will assess the readiness regarding existing cloud skills, cloud feasibility, maturity level for cloud operations etc.

This service consists of a few workshops with our cloud experts, an examination of your analytics use case and a top-level analysis of the results, including the detection of GAPs. Finally, you will get a final report with the outcomes of you cloud readiness, possible pain points, a statement on the general viability of your use case in the cloud as well as suggestions for action.
