ThousandEyes enables you to see real-time application, service, and network performance from external vantage points around the world, so you can keep your service providers accountable and validate the user experience. With ThousandEyes, you’ll be able to achieve the following:

  • Monitor every network like you own it with software-defined precision and visibility
  • Address bandwidth and latency issues across your entire network (including the SDWAN)
  • Optimize SaaS and IaaS offerings to give your branch locations peak performance
  • Ensure server availability around the clock, regardless of traffic
  • Pinpoint issues across any network inside or outside your four walls to identify which service provider is experiencing issues and fix the problem quickly
  • With this Jump Start Program, NTT will provide consultative and software expertise in support of ThousandEyes objectives. In addition, the following items will be identified and included:

Identify business drivers and use cases (SaaS experience for your employees or customers, hyperscaler VPC’s, SDWAN underlay, Web & DNS performance, Voice or Video performance, and more)

Working with appropriate network teams, system administrators, and business leaders to identify relevant tests aligned to use cases and deployment prerequires

  • Deploy up to five (5) Enterprise Agents over VM’s, Catalyst 9Ks, and other installation options.
  • Configure up to three (3) business use cases.
  • Observe and baseline test data for one (1) week.
  • Configure up to three (3) customizable alerts after data has been baselined.
  • Configure up to one (1) customizable dashboard to measure critical metrics, KPI’s, real-time incidents & outages, and more...
