Step 2: Expect an email and/or call from a Sage X3 Specialist from Acuity Solutions to make arrangements and discuss initial challenges and your reason for requesting.

Step 3: A follow up session will be arranged with an accredited Sage X3 specialist at a convenient time with you and other stakeholders.

Step 4: Acuity will share our short report during a call with you and other stakeholders based on findings and discuss and agree next steps.

The session will include but not be limited to the following:

• Review of business objectives and requirements,
• Review of reporting criteria and outcomes and monthly management reporting,
• Review of financial processes such as order to cash and purchase to pay.
• Review of manual touch-points with your systems, and workarounds.
• Discuss long-term vision of the business and suitability of existing system to meet those needs.
• Assess the use of spreadsheets within the business with the aim of reducing manual processes.
• Documented findings from the above session.
• Make suggestions of improvements.
• Suggestions of third party software that will cover areas of improvement."
