Data-Driven Everything Mobilize Workshop

Our AWS specialists are trained to deliver the AWS Data-Driven Everything (D2E) program, and we combine our expertise through multidisciplinary teams and industries to deeply became part of the solution. The program should be aligned with the corporate strategy and supported by executive leadership to guarantee the empowerment of the participants. 3 to 5 meetings with leadership are needed to clear problem or opportunity with defined objectives and benefits, but also to have business and technical alignment (knowledge about the actual infra-architecture), and finally prepare for the details of the workshop (personas, participants, schedule, place, and others). The workshop consists in 2 days. The first day the program looks for inspirations in benchmarks maybe in other industry and we try to idealize process and solutions in 3 groups. The second day each group propose an MVP by define data value chain feasibility.
