    Overview

    Omni Contact centralizes all data on a robust cloud, greatly reducing on-premise capital investment and operation and management costs. The cloud PBX CTI system and CRM system are integrated into a single system with convenient functions necessary for call center operations. The system can be flexibly customized to match the customer's commercial products and work flow. We support our customers' call center operations as a "results-oriented" system that meets detailed business requirements. The system is also equipped with the latest AI functions, including ChatGPT. By constantly updating and evolving to meet the needs of our customers, we have received a high level of satisfaction from the field.
