InfusionPoints will perform an in-depth log architecture assessment designed to provide a comprehensive review of your organization’s current log architecture to ensure logging is complete, that log data is comprehensively analyzed, properly formatted, centralized, actively monitored, securely stored, and ready to scale. InfusionPoints will compare your organization's current log architecture against the logging model and maturity tiers outlined in M-21-31 and ensure AWS (Amazon Web Services) best practices are followed. InfusionPoints Log Architecture Maturity Assessment includes:

1. Log Architecture: An in-depth assessment of your organization’s current log architecture, monitoring services, configurations, subscriptions, associations, and storage services.
2. Log data ingestion: Reviews the process of collecting log data from various sources, such as applications, devices, and servers to locate opportunities for improvement.
3. Log data indexing: Reviews the process of storing and organizing log data in a searchable format.
4. Log Data Lifecycle Management: Reviews the process of storing log data, review log data retention configurations and lifecycle policies.
5. Identify Logging Gaps: Identifies gaps in the organization's current log architecture.
6. Interview Management and SOC (Security Operations Center) Engineers: InfusionPoints will interview Management and SOC Engineers to ensure M-21-31maturity model and AWS best practices are implemented.
7. Presentation: InfusionPoints’ will provide an executive presentation and detailed report to outline our findings, rationalize our recommendations, and illustrate a sequence of initiatives for organizations to execute to ensure their log architecture is complete, properly formatted, centralized, actively monitored, and ready to scale.
