What is the offer?

Our Cloud Financial Management or FinOps Review is a structured assessment of your AWS environment leveraging the AWS Well-Architected Review Tooling and a custom lens to really zoom in on the things that matter when managing costs in the cloud. Through the review, you gain boots-on-the-ground awareness and concrete next steps on how to bring your cloud cost and cloud financial management in line with your business goals.

What can you expect?

You will start with a review session. In this review, we work on-site or remotely with you to dive deep into your current cloud financial management practices. Through a set of four pillars, we go through 115 criteria. By answering these questions, we build a priority report that shows where your highest-risk issues are and what actions you can take to remediate the situation.

Do you need further coaching?

Should you so choose, we can work with you to dive deeper into the report and build a roadmap for the implementation of your optimization track.

What do we deliver ?

You will receive a full report on your current cloud financial management posture. Based on the outcome of the review, you also receive a set of action points that are ready for action and putting into practice. The report can help you benchmark your current cloud financial management practice while the action points can kickstart improvements, lower your costs and grow your achievements.

What are the qualifications/prerequisites?

• An AWS account that houses the workload to be reviewed
• Access to the AWS Well-Architected Review tool in the AWS Console
