WOLK has engrained the Well Architected framework into the core of our business. We use a WAFR (Well Architected Framework Review) to onboard new clients as we believe this gives us the best fundamental understanding of your specific needs and requirements. WOLK also utilises the WAFR process to periodically review your environment. The cycle is different for each workload and is dependant on several factors that we will discuss during the process.

Because WOLK specialise in SMB, we tailor our solutions towards the smaller end of the market. This means that we can remediate a lot more than other partners while keeping the engagement as cost effective as possible - in most cases the engagement will be cost neutral.

Process

● WOLK’s team will schedule an initial consultation to understand the high level current state of your IT resources and your workload priorities as well as your main pain points.

● The team will then perform an account vizualization and a Well Architected Framework Review with you, this helps us understand your environment, identify any potential risks and special considerations.

● The team creates a scope of works outlining the high level remediation items.

● Once the SOW has been accepted, we proceed with the project.

● Discuss options to ensure that your workload has ongoing monitoring, alerting and improvments.
