Well-Architected Framework Assessment

The purpose of this assessment is to provide an in-depth review of your AWS environment against the five pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

• Operational Excellence - Operational processes that keep a system running in production
• Security - Protecting applications and data from threats
• Reliability - The ability of a system to recover from failures and continue to function
• Performance - The ability of a system to adapt to changes in load
• Cost Optimization - Managing costs to maximize the value delivered

Scope:

• The customer will provide ConvergeOne with read-only access to their AWS environments that are in scope of the assessment.
• The customer will provide resources with the appropriate business and operational knowledge of the AWS environment to enable successful review of the Well-Architected Framework questions.
• ConvergeOne will do an initial review of the AWS environments that are in scope of the assessment.
• ConvergeOne will conduct (3) 1-hour sessions to Well-Architected Framework questions with the customer.

Deliverables:

• ConvergeOne will record all meetings and deliver recordings to customer.
• ConvergeOne will create and provide an executive summary, priority items from Well-Architected Tool and Trusted Advisor for remediation, and specific recommendations to enhance the AWS environment.
• ConvergeOne will create new architectural diagrams as required.
