Our product design process focuses on requirement definition, prototyping, and user testing, The goal is to create a blueprint for exceptional customer experience.

The process consists of 6 unique phases:

  • Research & Discovery: In this phase, we discuss your business needs, define a product summary and collect supporting resources to formulate the best possible path.
  • Feature Definition: We start putting a list of features together to define your business needs and discuss the product roadmap.
  • Feature Refinement: The next phase is to refine our feature list to specific requirements. In this part of the process, we drill into product details, define the user stories and discuss feature priorities.
  • Wireframing: Once we have the requirements, we create wireframes to validate and visualize your ideas. We develop draft layouts, discuss user experience, and align on the product requirements.
  • Design System & Mock-ups: After wireframing is completed, we create high-fidelity mockups and define a final user interface so you can see what the final product will look like after development.
  • Review and Execution. The final phase is to plan out the project timeline and go through a final review. The review covers a final pass through the requirements, wireframes, and designs before signing off to begin the software development process.

We use HTML and CSS and create digital assets such as logos, icons, and buttons, along with helping author the text used in the product The process is responsible for designing and implementing all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a web or mobile application.
