Approach for Customer Sentiment Module

Leveraging our solution templates as a starting point, this solution is customized and implemented within a client AWS account as part of a consulting engagement tailored to the needs ofr each client. Our project approach includes:

  1. Upfront assessment (2 weeks) to understand client data sources, functional and non-functional requirements
  2. Implementation (6-8 weeks) to configure and customize solution, customizations to connect to data sources, historical load of customer reviews, finalization of topics, report customization, and configuration of daily processing.
  3. Post-Implementation Support (ongoing) to support each client. This can vasry based on the needs of each client.

Leveraging GenAI to analyze customer feedback enables unrivaled accuracy, reduced ongoing expenses, and a very flexible approach to enabling Customer Experience Analytics 'at scale'. In addition, optional insights that can be determined from each review include:

  1. Was the customer new, loyal, or occassional?
  2. Did they start online before showing up in-person to complete the purchase?
  3. Did they specific any employees by name or role in their review and if so, what was the persons name / role?
  4. For restaurants, did they order in-store, drive-thru, or via moble app?
  5. For restaurants, did they visit during breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

The output of the analysis process is stored within the client environment, allowing integration any downstream systems desired by the client.

Once implemented, the entire solution exists 100% in the client environmnet. with all client information being retained safely behind the client firewall.
