ScaleSec looks at four key layers of financial management in the cloud: architecture, operations, platform, and governance.
To find immediate cost savings potential, ScaleSec will review your architecture to identify unnecessary/forgotten resources, excessive or inflexible resources, redundant tools and services, and inefficient resource usage. This might include Amazon S3 buckets with no retrieval, Amazon EC2 instances that are over-provisioned or don't use autoscaling, or excessive cross-zone VPC data transfer.
For each opportunity, ScaleSec will provide specific actionable recommendations like retiring, rearchitecting, or rightsizing resources. This may include re-architecting workloads from Amazon EC2 to AWS Lambda, migrating databases to Amazon Aurora, or automating management with AWS Systems Manager.
