Overview

Overview Our Professional Services Extended Expertise is a dedicated resource who is assigned to help customers reach a technical point of contact focused on integration and service delivery for four weeks (160 hours) per month. Key Deliverables

  • Sprint 1: Initial Review - During this 1-hour introductory conference call, we will identify and prioritize what workload will be reviewed and ask questions about your current container security architecture as it relates to Prisma Cloud. We will also clearly identify the container security goals of your organization and provide your team with a project plan to approve.
  • Sprint 2: Implementation – We will follow the project plan to properly assess, integrate, and optimize third-party alerting, logs, and basic risk policies.
  • Sprint 3: Findings + Reports In the 60-minute review meeting, we will present our findings, which includes identified risks, policy recommendations, third-party integrations, and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Sprint 4: Optimize – Our consultant(s) will provide license updates, resolve open issues with Palo Alto network Prisma Cloud deployment(s), and validate agent/agentless deployments are properly integrated with the desired infrastructure.
  • Sprint 5: Knowledge – Our consultant(s) will provide your team with documentation, integration details, and provide operational training to your staff to support Prisma Cloud CWP.

Commitment Details:

  • Time: Four (4) weeks per month, averaging (160) hours per month, twenty-four (48) weeks per year.
  • Primary Location: Remote/virtual assistance unless specified on-site requirements.
  • On-Site Travel: Four (4) on-site visits per year, up to 5 consecutive days
  • Prisma Cloud Credits: Additional credits in increments of (500) are provided to support initial efforts.
