The Devo Platform license includes general technical support up to a Sev3. Support is available Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (in North America) and from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CET (in Europe). Product and feature enhancement requests are shared with the Devo innovation team; customers are provided a reference number for such requests. support@devo.com
