Product Overview
Contact Suite Standard Edition consists of an Agent Desktop interface that is purpose-built for Amazon Connect with no integration work required. This makes it an easy-to-implement application that gives agents the tools and information they need to be efficient and boost customer satisfaction.
With Contact Suite, organizations can seamlessly add agent desktop and outbound calling functionality to their Amazon Connect infrastructure. The solutions work in tandem with other AWS products, including Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). Amazon Connect and USAN Contact Suite can eliminate the need for on-premises hardware, and customers pay for only what they use.
