Overview
KYNDRYL's CCoE aligns with the overall transformation roadmap and goals. The way we co-create the CCoE with the customer depends on the purpose of the CCoE, the focus areas, and the capabilities the customer wants to develop or improve. As a leading cloud transformation partner, we help enterprises achieve business and cultural change through cloud adoption. The CCoE is a joint effort between the customer and Kyndryl to enable or mature capabilities that support the customer's transformation goals. The CCoE design and implementation are tailored to the customer's needs and context, based on Kyndryl Consult's capabilities in people, process, and technology dimensions
The CoE can assist the customer with different aspects of IT strategy and transformation, such as:
- Defining and executing the IT vision and roadmap
