    Overview

    The Credit Trends Free Dataset is a sample of 100 rows that represents the full dataset in terms of data types, organization, and fields. Please note that this is not real production data, subscribe to the Credit Trends full version to get 100% production data.

    Credit Trends is an anonymized data set sourced from the Equifax consumer credit database. It highlights consumer loan trades reported to Equifax by banks, credit unions, and other finance companies. Leverage this data to understand changes to accounts and balances as well as delinquency trends, consumer utilization and write off rates for a sector.

    The data sets can be priced and shared as individual elements, for those that only want a subset, or a complete Credit Trends file.

    These subsets of the anonymized trade/account data can be purchased:

    • Consumer Installment and Revolving loans
    • Mortgage loans
    • Auto loans
    • Student loans

    Fields Included:

    • Origination date & origination vintage
    • Origination balance
    • Origination & current risk score
    • Number and dollars of trades 30, 60, 90, 120, closed, bankruptcy, etc.
