Overview
SAP RISE/HEC Stewardship is a monitoring and triaging service for your SAP landscape running on SAP RISE/HEC. The service provides proactive automated monitoring, issue triage and liaising with SAP for any issues that can result in disruption to the operation of your SAP landscape.
Examples of core SAP RISE/HEC Stewardship Managed Services within the scope of this agreement include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Automated remote application monitoring
- 24x7x365 support
- Daily health check of production system
- Weekly health checks of non-production systems
- Monthly review of Early Watch Alert report and recommendations
- Monthly performance and system availability (SLA) report review and recommendation
- System performance management
- RISE/HEC follow-ups for service requests/change requests
- Scheduled meetings with RISE/HEC and customer
