As well as deal with the engineering aspects of Splunk we will also provide practical 'over the shoulder training' to your team as well as leave you with a roadmap on where to go next with Splunk. All out implementations include a 6 week follow up to ensure that everything is working as you require and make any necessary adjustments. New customers will also receive our monthly update for 6 months, which gives you the latest updates and news from across the Splunk ecosystem.

Our package includes the following activities:

• Architecture - we will work with you to understand your how you operate a business and what architectural approach will work best to give you a robust, scalable, high performing Splunk
• High Level Design of your On-Prem Components - As a follow on from the architecture workshop we will help and advise on the implementation of the components needed for forwarding data into Splunk
• Use Case Workshop - We bring our broader knowledge of security and ITOps to understand and advise on the use cases which will be reelvant to you and meet your business requirements.
• Data Source Documentation - We will ensure that all data sources that may be needed now or in the future are documented, advising you on key considerations for onboarding data.
• Implementation Plan - We will use a standard implementation pattern, tailoring it your specific needs, so that you have full visibility of what the implementation approach will look like and key dependencies that need to be considered.
• Data Onboarding - We will onboard data following Splunk best practice and guide you on how to ensure data is onboarded consistently well.
• Use Case Set up - With your Splunk deloyed and data onboarded we will run a thorough use cases workshop with you, showing you the use cases which are most relevant to your business, both now and in the future
• Over the Shoulder Training - throughout our approach we will provide training and advise on what we are doing, giving you practical, hands-on experience of how Splunk really works within the context of your business
• Documentation and Reporting - At the end of the project we will provide you with full documentation and design details so that you can always refer back and understand what was done and how it was done
