Support

Gian Swarms core business is 24x7 support and lifecycle management. Our goal is to share knowledge with the platform teams we work with. This is why we provide access for your engineers to our Swarm at any time, on demand. Our issue resolution is outstanding with a MTTA of one minute or less and a MTTR of 30 minutes and less.

Each customer shares a dedicated Slack Channel with us. We make sure that one of our engineers is always available for any kind of communication between your engineers and our engineers. This includes any kind of questions, requesting help with a specific task, or reporting an issue. We do not work with ticket systems. Since the support is just one Slack message away the support feels more like a remote extension of your team.

For our customers, we are the entrance to the CNCF community. We have been part of the CNCF community from the beginning and are a founding member of CNCF service providers. Because we use OSS we tap into the existing communities of those tools. We support and encourage our customers in contributing to the CNCF community. When we see requirements from our customers that can not be supported from upstream we contribute to enable specific requirements. This way we ensure the long-term support from the community for our customers.
