Overview

Our Onesait Customer implementation service is fully customizable by our clients depending on the project needs. With a complete service package divided in modules that can be quoted in different service levels (bronze, silver, gold).

Service Modules:

  • Customer Service: It includes the management of the Customer database, as well as all the actions in the Commercial System aimed at knowledge, contact and attention or service provision to the company's Customers.
  • Enrollment: Multi-services contracting processes are managed through Workflow. This allows the standardization of contracting processes through configurable workflows in terms of steps, transitions, tasks, responsibilities, deadlines and documentation to be issued or recorded.
  • Billing: This is the module in charge of calculating the billing and issuing of bills, both for periodic metered services and for specific one-time charges to the customer. Billing and issuing can be done in cycle, in a massive and automated way, or out of cycle in the processes that require it.
  • Collections: It allows the integral management of collection for accounts receivables from customers, through any of the company’s available payment channels: Collection in own offices (cash, transfers, checks, card...), direct debit in bank accounts, and collection in external agencies (banks, collection agencies, supermarkets, etc...).
  • Debt Management: The system allows the definition and execution of different strategies for claiming the due debt from the customers, by means of an automatic workflow. In the flows, actions can be executed automatically or manually: generation of letters, SMS, e-mails, work orders, alteration of customer risk level, for example.
  • Accounting / Accounting Interface: This module guarantees and ensures the registration of all financial operations generated in the system, saving the complete traceability of each billing or payment transaction and all the information required for its accounting.
  • Readings + Mobile APP for Readings: It allows the planning, capture, quality control and making available for billing of readings and consumption of all supplies in periodical reading. The included Reading Mobile App application natively integrated, and allows the readings registration in field, including data validation and the recording of detected incidences.
  • Work Requests and Facilities: The Work Requests module organizes and groups all the activities and work orders to be executed regarding a new service request, up to the creation of the supply point, prior to the requested service contracting.
  • Campaigns: This module allows to manage campaigns as a set of systematic actions to be carried out massively in a certain period of time, and on a selected target audience.
  • Irregularities & Frauds: This Module allows the Management of Irregularities or Frauds through the Workflow engine, which allows the customization of activities based on the commercial business needs.
  • Operational Reports: Business operations can be tracked by Dashboards for monitoring pending business tasks status and by means of the Operational Reporting module. System Administration and General Functionalities: Configuration of the functionalities and entities used in the system’s modules, by administrator users, also includes system security (profiles, users and access) or the organizational and geographical structure of the company itself.
  • Device management: This module covers the maintenance and inventory/stock management processes for meters, seals/precincts and other materials, as well as their logistics between warehouses, laboratories and other units.
  • Work Orders: This Module manages the Generation, Planning and Execution of Work Orders in the field by the different Technical Centers (in-house or external) and transfers the execution results to the system.
  • Mobile APP for Work Orders: The Work Orders App for field execution of Work Orders and online updating of information related to the resolution of Work Orders.
  • Self-Service (Web, App and Kiosk): Native digital Self-Service applications (web, app, kiosk) to be used by the company's customers online or on their mobile devices.
  • Social Media Management: It allows the Administration and Customer Contact Management through multiple digital channels (social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, WhatsApp, e-mails, and phone calls.
  • On-Site Billing App: The app incorporates additional capabilities for calculating consumption and billing amounts and the issuance and printing/reprinting of the billing document using portable Bluetooth printers.
  • Prepayment: Onesait Customers provides different capabilities for prepayment service provision, natively supporting the ability to manage prepayment supplies and meters in its different business cycle processes. Prepayment top-ups sales are available, both in the commercial system itself, as well as on the web and the customer self-service app.
