ThousandEyes enables you to see real-time application, service, and network performance from external vantage points around the world, so you can keep your service providers accountable and validate user experience. With ThousandEyes, you’ll be able to achieve the following:

• Monitor every network like you own it with software-defined precision and visibility
• Address bandwidth and latency issues across your network (SDWAN)
• Optimize SaaS and IaaS offerings to give your branch locations peak performance
• Ensure server availability around the clock, regardless of traffic
• Pinpoint issues across any network inside or outside your four walls to identify which service provider is experiencing issues and fix the problem quickly

With the ThousandEyes Extended Services, NTT will provide consultative expertise in support of the below observability objectives: Service availability; Application Performance, Synthetic transactions, End-to-end network metrics,Network Path vizualisation, Border Gateway Protocol visualization, End user performance, Internet Insights.

In addition, the following items will be identified and included:

• Identifying business drivers and use cases (SaaS experience , hyperscaler VPC’s, SDWAN underlay, Web & DNS performance and more...)
• Working with appropriate network teams, system administrators, and business leaders to identify relevant tests aligned to use cases and deployment prerequites
• Deploy Enterprise Agents over VM’s, Catalyst 9Ks, and other installation options within the enterprise network, from branch offices to data centers and within Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) in cloud provider environments
• Deploy endpoints agents for real-time end user monitoring (if included in use case)
• Execute cloud agents settings for outside-in view and monitoring of Hybrid and Multicloud
• Define key applications, services and geographies for internet insights and customize dashboard for critical services and service providers
• Configure ThousandEyes dashboard according to predefined use cases
• Observe and baseline test data
• Configure customizable alerts after data has been baselined.
• Configure customizable dashboard to measure critical metrics, KPI’s, realtime incidents & outages, and more.
