Product Overview
IBM is providing a specialized edition for AWS, the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation Hyperscaler Edition (ICP4BAHE). The deployment of this offering only supports Red Hat OpenShift (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS). In addition, ICP4BAHE has the following requirements:
- Containerized deployments (traditional VM based deployments not supported)
- FileNet Content Manager and Business Automation Workflow capacity-based licensing (user-based licensing not supported)
Note that this listing deploys client managed ICP4BAHE. Deployment automation is available for the following capabilities:
- IBM Operational Decision Manager
- IBM FileNet Content Manager
- IBM Business Automation Workflow
- IBM Business Automation Studio and Application Designer
Standard ICP4BAHE license includes Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) entitlement. If you have an ICP4BAHE license without RHOCP entitlement, a separate RHOCP license is required to install ICP4BAHE.
