    • NPV-based TCO comparison,
    • projections of cost avoidance,
    • Projections of Revenue Enhancement,
    • Accrual P&L analysis,
    • Cash-flow forecasts.

    Once a reference architecture is prepared, the FinOptik team will generate a Statement of Work that describes the process of generating financial projections (detailed financial projections of the new AWS workload costs, migration costs, data center cost avoidance etc). These financial projections are delivered with a qualitative business case describing the migration's anticipated effects on the client's business operations.
