An ISO Internal Audit is the systematic process of collecting and evaluating information about your company’s information security policies and processes to determine your level of compliance with the ISO 27001 standards.

Rhymetec’s ISO internal audit will follow the below framework for your start up. Some steps may be modified to effectively measure your company’s controls against the ISO 27001 standards.

• Documentation Review: A full review of all the documented policies, procedures and ISMS documentation related to the ISO 27001 framework.

• Examination by Management: – Review of evidence to support the ISMS and ISO 27001 standard

• Field Examination: Interviews with employees or other stakeholders related to the support of the ISMS.

• Practical Assessment & Review A final review of all the above and assessment of evidence as it relates to the ISO 27001 compliance standard.

You will receive a fully detailed ISO 27001 Internal Audit Report which includes:

• Executive summary
• Any major and or minor non-conformities as it relates to the ISO 27001 standard
• Suggestion on moving forward to the external audit

The audit timeline is approximately 4-6 hours based on client availability, and the report is generated within 10-14 days from completion of the internal audit.
