Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each license maps to one paid member. A member consumes a paid seat and has full access to create their own boards and content. Guests and visitors do not consume a paid seat: guests need a free account and get limited access, while visitors join boards through a shared public link.
Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay only for the days remaining in your billing period. Removing a member takes effect at renewal, not immediately. To reduce seats, make the change before your renewal date.
Credits power the AI suite and are pooled across your organization, consumed per AI action. The credit count scales with your seat count. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Admins can monitor usage. If you need more, additional credit packages are available for purchase.

The load time for large boards can be a little annoying when you are trying to get into the board at the start of a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us to brainstorm and present ideas to clients. Clients love to see how thought-processes and how we come to a solution to a business problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the wealth of templates Miro offers, which let me hit the ground running whenever a new initiative arises. The widgets, especially the Kanban and Table views, make tracking team progress refreshingly simple and allow me to lay out contractor accounts in a structured format. I also value how readily a board syncs and updates, so moving between viewing modes never breaks my concentration. Above all, the visual canvas gives me a natural space to capture ideas as they take form. The initial setup was very straightforward, with templates having me up and running almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It concerns the desktop application, which crashes from time to time, usually on whichever board I had open most recently. It is a minor inconvenience rather than a genuine obstacle, yet it does interrupt the flow when I am mid-session. The most helpful fix would be for Miro to improve how the desktop app handles larger, content-heavy boards, since that is usually when the crashes occur, and adding a more reliable auto-recovery that restores the board exactly as I left it, along with a lightweight warning when a board is growing too complex for the app to handle smoothly, would go a long way toward keeping my planning sessions uninterrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map customer journeys and manage tasks with ease, thanks to its templates and widgets. The desktop app crashing occasionally disrupts my workflow, though Kanban and Table views simplify tracking, boosting my productivity in strategy workshops and account planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro naturally draws people into working together, making it easy to think through designs with teammates scattered across locations, as we can all shape the same board at once. The ideas take form in real-time instead of getting lost in threads. The intuitive canvas, ready-made templates, and even simple features like sticky notes make organizing work quicker. Miro's integrations with tools I already use streamline the workflow, particularly with Jira and Slack, keeping my tasks connected and team communications seamless. Plus, the initial setup was quite easy with no significant issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, its very richness can weigh it down. On a large piece of work a board tends to sprawl, and finding my way back to the part that matters grows fiddly once the canvas fills up. A handful of the more capable features sit behind paid tiers as well, and when a board swells to a certain size the responsiveness begins to flag. None of this is fatal, yet it does ask for a measure of discipline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro excels as a shared visual workspace, aligning our distributed team. Its integrations and templates boost quick collaboration, but its feature richness can make it cumbersome, and responsiveness dips on large boards. These issues require discipline, yet the benefits mostly outweigh the drawbacks.

The workshop functionality makes team collaboration effortless. Adding post-it notes is seamless, and the AI features are fantastic for doing fast, automated synthesis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to load at times. If you’re using it in a web browser, boards in particular can take a long time to open and fully load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the hassle of juggling different tools for brainstorming and planning. Having visual whiteboarding, workshopping, and team communication all in one place makes our workflow significantly faster and keeps everyone aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, modern look that's easy to create detailed features to help me organize my projects. The features are intuitive and if there's something I don't understand, there are lots of resources to help me figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - my usage of it is pretty basic, but that's good enough for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a clean visual space to upload images to review as a way to track progress on my animation projects. This allows me to do that as a virtual board, where I can leave comments for myself, mark up items to change, and whatever else I need to fix.
