DECREASE COSTS THROUGH THE FINOPS FRAMEWORK – INFORM / OPTIMISE / OPERATE

A Cloudec FinOps Maturity assessment will setup a baseline across 5 key domains, such as Visibility, Optimisation, Wastage, Committments and Bill shock. The baseline is a measure of an organisations maturity and assists in pinpointing improvements that can be made and prioritised. For instance, details of rightsizing, elimintating idle resources, Savings PLans/RI's, enviroment assessments, and processes and automation maturity will reveal where an organisation can uplift their FinOps capabilities. This baseline is also a way to track an organisations uplift as reassessments can be done every 6 months to show savings and the uplift overall in maturity.
