Overview
Tredence’s Prescriptive-RGM is Holistic, granular, and Dynamic. It has five modules:
- Product Assortment
- Pricing
- Promotion
- Performance
- Executive Review
Assortment: The platform allows for filling assortment gaps by segmenting using hyper-local attributes for different POG types. Understand your Directly Competing Segments, identify and add high-potential SKUs based on recommendations, review impact, and execute.
Tredence Prescriptive-RGM allows us to know the status of the executed recommendations and the value realized from them.
Pricing: The pricing module provides granular, actionable recommendations on Every-Day Value pricing at the CPG and retailer price zone levels.
The platform allows you to develop price change scenarios with the price simulator. These scenarios can be simultaneously evaluated on multiple levers like price vs. volume change, own & cross elasticity studies, macro- and socio-economic factors, and category trends.
Features include exception management, commercial guardrails, price gaps to competitors, and price gaps to retailers to develop robust pricing recommendations.
Promotion: The promotion module provides a performance summary and helps analyze the efficiency of events over 52 weeks. The performance of individual events can be analyzed against Lift and ROI.
Future low-performing events can be simulated by changing levers like duration or depth of discount and commercial elements like Feature ads or displays, allowing you to switch between complex offers like when to buy and must buy.
The promotion simulator feature enables promotion simulation across retailers and their own metrics to select the optimal one.
Performance: The Performance Module helps to analyse
- Actual and Projected Performance against the plan and key metrics at a granular product market level
- Continuously monitor CPG and Retailer metrics, including Dead-Net NSI and revenue decomp
Executive Review:
The Executive Review Module enables RGM leaders to identify drivers of growth and help Course correct during the year by making investments in high-growth recommendations.
