The proposed Rapid Architecture with Delivery Strategy (RADS) engagement will include the following:
Workshops Undertake a 2 hour design & architecture workshop to evaluate the current people, product and process state and identify the future state including:
Desired outcomes, plus risks and issues to be mitigated from this initiative Current ways of working Undertake 2 x 30-60 minute follow up sessions to review outputs of the workshop including:
Desired outcomes Strategic outcomes chain with high level scope of activities Review of architecture (Current and Future State) Software selection and recommendations Recommended Marketplace Apps User access structure Project and workflow approaches Output

This engagement will be completed over the course of 5 - 10 business days and online. Within 2 weeks of the first workshop, you will be provided with a formal report with a documented current state architecture, future state architecture, a benefits statement, a strategic outcomes chain, and a delivery roadmap which stages the delivery of desired outcomes.

**Next Steps Accelerator **
This phase is where we work with you to implement and configure the selected cloud solution/s in accordance with the agreed solution architecture, solution requirements, and delivery strategy. As outlined in the delivery approach this will consist of a kick-off, delivery, and transition sprints.
During this phase we will require access to any of your current tools used for service management, task tracking, project management and/or devops to allow for a smooth transition. We will then review with a small selection (eg Team Leads) to ensure the delivery is a success.
If the delivery is successful from your perspective, then we will schedule training for relevant staff members, and supply relevant documentation based on your implementation.
