AC3 Cloud Management provides best practice management and maintenance services for your AWS platform environments and services, giving you access to an experienced, Australian and New Zealand based engineering practice that takes ownership of incidents and service requests to keep your environment secure, active, and performing.

AC3 is experienced in managing many workload architectures, including multi-region workloads. This means that AC3 has the expertise to manage your business workloads and supporting infrastructure services, no matter where they are located geographically.

AC3 Cloud Management offers access for your IT department via AC3’s ITSM portal, phone, and email to an engineering team to log, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and requests in line with agreed Service Levels. General advice and guidance on common cloud service provider issues, security matters, and integrations are included to ensure your cloud environment and business operations are operating efficiently.

Business workloads and supporting infrastructure services are monitored through AC3’s monitoring toolsets, integrated with our ITIL-based ITSM system and providing you with 24x7 observability and business confidence across all regions. Proactive maintenance is conducted monthly across your cloud services and includes monthly patch scheduling and standard ITIL reporting.

AC3 Cloud Management offers standard monthly ITIL service management ticket reporting from the AC3 ITSM system, including all tickets raised by type and status. Problem Management and Post Incident Reports are provided for Major Incidents, with optional Service Delivery Management providing your organisation with an enhanced and tailored service management experience.
