• Cevo’s Cloud Consultants will work with you through technical and operational discovery workshops to understand your current environment, business priorities, and requirements for your target state cloud native environment
• Leveraging AWS’ Well Architected Framework we’ll assess your current workload and identify areas that adopting a cloud native approach would benefit your workload’s overall cost optimisation, operations, reliability, performance, and security
• We’ll review our recommendations with you, and develop an implementation strategy and roadmap, as well as acceptance criteria and skills uplift plan
• In collaboration with your team, our consultants will help to define a prioritised remediation backlog, which will outline the tasks that you can implement in order to raise your solution to meet best practice
• We will also take this backlog and provide an estimate of the time required to action the remediation tasks so that you can make an informed decision on which items to implement and if you require assistance from Cevo
• Finally, our consultants will produce a key findings and decisions paper so that the learnings and knowledge gained can be implemented for your workload and even shared across other projects
