Overview
NeuVector Prime is a 100% open-source Kubernetes container security platform built for enterprise-grade environments and offered by SUSE. Supported by SUSE dedicated security specialists and a strong community of users, NeuVector provides full lifecycle container security from build, pipeline, registry to production. NeuVector enables you to run Kubernetes SECURELY everywhere - from cloud to on-prem or at the edge. In addition to end-to-end vulnerability and compliance scanning, NeuVector provides unique runtime protection which combines a layer7 container firewall with workload process/file protections. The network protection of NeuVector uses deep packet inspection (DPI) to monitor and block network threats, segmentation violations, and unauthorized ingress or egress connections. This technology enables data leak protection (DLP) rules, web application firewall (WAF) rules, api security validation, and is compatible with service meshes such as istio and AWS App Mesh. NeuVector is a cloud-native solution which deploys easily on EKS to protect workloads and hosts from vulnerability exploits and zero-day attacks. The deployment is a set of containers (manager, controller, enforcer, scanner) which can be managed through the console or rest API. This deployment configures a AWS load balancer service to expose the manager console. For more information on NeuVector see the project documentation at https://open-docs.neuvector.com/ . - Full lifecycle container security from build to pipeline to runtime. Zero-trust, declarative runtime security rules to protect network connections (pod to pod and external) and enforce allowed process/file activity in containers. Vulnerability and compliance scanning on images, registries, and running containers/pods.
- Node count reported is the average nodes measured for all of the measurements during the monthly billing cycle. All nodes will be priced at the price for their pricing tier. Try NeuVector Prime for the first 30 days for free. Usage reporting begins on Day 31. AWS infrastructure and service charges still apply.

Support
Vendor support
Customers are eligible for support through the SUSE Customer Center (SCC) at https://scc.suse.com/cloudsupport . This is a web-based service for creating, viewing, and managing support requests.
The SCC portal will require you to upload a Support Configuration bundle in order to verify your eligibility as well as provide cluster information required to start investigations. To download the supportconfig, please go to Settings -> Configuration at the bottom of the page for the cluster in question. For multi-cluster configurations, only the Primary cluster's supportconfig is required, even if the support inquiry is for a downstream remote cluster.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
