    Pre-Foreclosure on US Properties (Eval)

Pre-Foreclosure transactions representing comprehensive property pre-foreclosure events are available with Pre-Foreclosure from CoreLogic. Transaction categories include Notice of Default, Lis Pendens, Release of Lis Pendens and Final Judgement. Transactions illustrate the pre-foreclosure events leading up to a foreclosure or sale at auction. Transaction data can include property address, default date, default amount, document type (Notice of Default, Lis Pendens, etc.), court filing details, attorney, beneficiary or plaintiff name, borrower name, lender, trustee, final judgement amount and any relevant auction information. Activities recorded and delivered supports transactions within both judicial and non-judicial states. Pre-Foreclosure data can be used by mortgage lenders, researchers, investors and others to gain insight on neighborhood valuation, to perform analytical views of market and trends, to gain marketing leads to offer replacement loans or default management services, and more.
