    Overview

IN4IT delivers these reviews to help organizations establish good architectural habits, reduce risks, and respond faster to changes that affect designs, applications, and workloads by assessing specific business-critical workloads. This review relies on the six pillars of the Well-Architected Framework, including operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability.

A certified Solution Architect will conduct this review via a Zoom call. This call will guide you through the Well-Architected questionnaire, as provided by AWS. This questionnaire will be using the Well-Architected tool in the AWS console. This questionnaire consists of 58 questions in most cases. This questionnaire itself takes around 2-4 hours. Once we complete the Well-Architected review, IN4IT will provide you with a report of the results, a remediation plan, and further recommendations free of charge.

AWS currently provides funding in the form of credits when using a certified, Well-Architected partner like IN4IT to remediate a minimum of 45% of high-risk items per production workload.

IN4IT is now offering a special discount on the total professional services fee to help you remediate as many high- risk items as possible without making a big commitment.

When you agree to the work, as described in the remediation plan, then the 3-step funding process is as follows:

    1. IN4IT remediates the high-risk items listed in the remediation plan from the Well-Architected report.
    2. Once IN4IT completes the remediation work, we will request the credits after resolving 45% of high-risk items.
    3. Finally, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey. Once AWS has received the positive CSAT back from you, you will receive a coupon for the AWS credits via email. This coupon usually arrives within 48hrs. We can then help you apply this coupon in the most efficient way possible.

If you accept the remediation plan, we will send an upfront invoice for IN4IT's professional services for resolving at least 45% of high-risk items. After this final step, we will deliver a report and statement of work with the remaining 55% of open high-risk items. If you want to continue to resolve these remaining high-risk items, it is entirely up to you; however, strongly recommended by AWS to remediate the remainder of the open high-risk issues.
