Workshops help you explore new ideas quickly with experienced experts to jump start new digital projects, get your team moving in the same direction, and learn new skills. Using our years of experience working with clients on IoT products that leverage AWS, we’ll help you evaluate your innovation initiatives and make plans to optimize and multiply your chances of success. Workshops are half-day or full-day events with a customized agenda. SpinDance provides an experienced workshop facilitator and subject matter experts including third-party experts as needed. Every innovation workshop ends with an action board exercise, which captures a prioritized list of AWS-based solutions and actions with clear next steps. You’ll get a 5-10 page summary report with an action plan to move your innovation initiative forward.
