You pay a subscription for each managed PC, and pricing scales by how many PCs you enroll. The five tiers group your fleet by size: up to 25 PCs, 26-150, 151-500, 501-1500, and more than 1500. The first tier covers up to 25 PCs at no cost. Each higher tier sets a minimum PC count, so your billing follows the band your total falls into. As your fleet grows, you move into the tier matching your PC count.

A managed PC is any computer enrolled in the service and controlled by its power management policies. The service powers down each enrolled PC when it is not in active use. You count every PC under management, and your total decides which tier your billing falls into.
Your total PC count determines which single band you fall into. Each higher tier sets a minimum PC count. When your fleet grows past a band, your billing follows the tier matching your full total, not just the added PCs. Moving between bands changes the tier you subscribe under.
