The Service provides ongoing support for our customers by leveraging FinOps capabilities and best practices to balance cost, speed and quality. We help our customers gain financial and operational control while maintaining the velocity and innovation benefits of AWS Cloud.

We work collaboratively with our customers and help them adopt FinOps best practices no matter how big, small, or complex their AWS estate is. FinOps is an ongoing process, a cultural shift, and the earlier it starts, the sooner it leads to successful AWS cost management.

By applying FinOps principles we help our customers bridge the gap between technology, business and finance and help our customers master the unit economics of cloud and gain competitive advantage.

The service consists of the following phases:

• On-boarding to configure connectivity and start gathering cost data and ensure tagging strategies are correct
• Report build and ongoing generation
• Monthly reporting and recommendations
