Overview

The majority of companies in AWS utilise (or will be utilising) a wide variety of features. The requirement is that these core features are monitored 24x7 and that relevant alerting is put in place to notify the correct people in case of any anomalies. Rebura will look to cover the monitoring of this infrastructure utilising a mix of built in AWS CloudWatch along with our own monitoring systems. The high level steps for this installation will consist of Creation of AWS CloudWatch dashboards and activation of detailed monitoring where required Creation of AWS CloudWatch alerts and relevant SNS topics for alerting Creation of alerting database based on discussions with the customer Testing of alerts and monitors Discussion regarding regular data required by the client

We realise that many businesses do not have the technical capacity or expertise required to effectively manage their AWS environment, so along with 24x7 monitoring, Rebura backs this up with problem resolution. Our team is available around the clock to deal with issues. With our monitoring in place, we will always be proactively monitoring the infrastructure to reduce the number of problems that occur; however, we know that this is still a possibility. You will be assigned both a Solutions Architect and a DevOps engineer, who will be the first points of contact when you speak to Rebura for any technical issues. They are, of course, supported by the wider team, but we believe it is important to get a regular point of contact who understands your system particularly well. The Rebura support desk can be contacted via phone, email, or web portal. All support requests will be issued with a ticket reference. By utilising the web portal, users can access their outstanding tickets to check for updates and estimated completion times.

Some of the other features you can expect when using Rebura for Monitoring & Support include: Account Management. All customers of Rebura will be given a technical account manager who will be your day-to-day point of contact for non-support related queries, which will include security and cost processes. Well-Architected. Rebura will keep your environment (including IAM) running in line with the AWS Well Architected Framework O/S Management. Rebura will work with you to understand your OS requirements and build/manage your OS, ensuring that configuration, patches, and security issues are under control Database Management. Support for RDS, including Aurora, Redshift, and DynamoDB Cost Optimisation. Free access to Cloudhealth & advice from our dedicated Cost Op team General support. Including issues, major incident management, and RCAs Rebura service desk operates under the following hours: Manned Service Desk: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 24x7 support is also available upon request to deal with critical issues
