Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You start with aUT Base, which includes one aUT Usage Credit for data processing. From there, you scale by adding independent usage components. Buy extra Tag Usage Credits per year to process more data. Add capacity for request volume in 500M increments, or for Active Stat ID Requests in 250M blocks. Add bandwidth by the terabyte. Expand your environment by adding subtenants, which are partitioned customer spaces, in groups of four. Each add-on stacks onto the base package, so you pay only for the extra capacity you need under your contract.

What is the difference between subtenants and primary tenants for the subtenant add-on?
Subtenants are partitioned customer environments inside a shared setup. Their data may sit only in the application layer, be split by a tenant ID, or be kept separate under one shared cloud account. Primary tenants, by contrast, get their own dedicated cloud accounts and job configurations. The add-on covers subtenants, sold in groups of four.
What does a Usage Credit measure, and how does it differ from request or Active Stat ID capacity?
A Usage Credit measures how much data you process across the platform. It is a broad capacity unit, added one per year. Request capacity is sold in 500M increments for general request volume. Active Stat ID Requests are counted separately in 250M blocks. Each unit meters a distinct type of activity and bills independently.
Which add-on drives the largest share of my bill?
It depends on your workload. High request volume pushes cost toward the 500M request and 250M Active Stat ID blocks. Heavy data movement raises the per-terabyte bandwidth charge. Broad data processing consumes Usage Credits. Serving many partitioned customers adds subtenant groups. All these charges stack on the aUT Base and appear on one contract.
