Tutorial on how to use Subscription Verification
For a provider to turn Subscription Verification on for one of their products, they choose ‘Yes’ in the Subscription Verification field in the ‘Configure public offer’ step of the product-creation wizard. Providers can turn this off whenever they like as well. When a subscriber submits a request for a product using the Subscription Verification process, the provider receives an alert in their AWS console.
To submit a Subscription Verification request, a subscriber selects ‘Continue to subscribe’ on a product and is then prompted to fill out four free-form information fields: Company Name, Name, Email Address, and Intended Use Case.
For more information about the Subscription Verification feature, see the relevant section in the user guide.
