Drupal powered by Bitnami
Bitnami by VMware | 8.1.1-0 on Ubuntu 14.04.3Linux/Unix, Ubuntu 14.04.3 - 32-bit Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
Frustrated...
It is quite frustrating to startup the whole EC to load the Drupal AMI and then many minutes later be told it cannot run in the selected region. This without any information about which region it would actually run.
So, not understanding why it can not run in certain regions, it would be nice to at least have a list of regions in which it would run. But, an explanation would even be better if added to the list.

Great
Exactly as described. An easy to launch instance of Drupal cloud hosted. What more could one ask for!
Easiest Drupal setup ever
Doesn't matter if you're a hardcore sysadmin or developer. Use this stack to setup Drupal and use it in under a minute. Bitnami FTW
Works great
This is the easiest (and fastest) Drupal installation I've ever done. It also comes with all the common things you would expect to install yourself on a fresh install-- drush, Views, CTools, and some others.
I have CiviCRM running on a micro instance. Performance is fine, though I've only used it as a personal test bed. I'd be curious to see how the setup performs under actual user load.
I'm relatively new to both Drupal and AWS.
