What do you like best about the product?
It provides our company with the BI necessary to obtain comprehensive analysis and mobility solutions, with these functions we make better decisions in search of transforming the way we do business in search of closing new deals in the shortest possible time. At the same time, it offers a powerful profitability analysis that helps us completely avoid risk margins. It has well-established data hierarchies and structures with which the integrity and consistency of a wide variety of data types can be ensured. It gives us a very good transnational speed and high availability of connectors, leading us to generate weekly or monthly reports and custom dashboards ready to use and with the ability to take advantage of visualizations such as bar graphs, pie charts, histograms, diagrams, tree maps and others. various visualizations it contains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes trying to perform functions that generate a more complete capacity consumption can become slow and some of the functions do not respond as expected, so if you do not know how to configure to take full advantage and avoid these setbacks, All data that has already been entered into the platform must be eliminated and start from scratch. All the personnel in the company have skills and tools at hand to streamline the process and avoid going through these negative aspects.

We can connect to the various data sources that we have in the company, whether relational or non-relational as well as those found in the cloud, thus managing to import or export the data to or from them, this is one of the features that we use the most daily on this platform. We have improved the speed with which we handle multiple panels at the same time thanks to the capacity it offers. We bring powerful features like scalability, data discovery, cross-country speed, and high availability of data connectors into new projects.

our team feels comfortable with the platform, we have obtained favorable results. Although it can be a bit slow at times, it is not something that is a big problem for us. Since we have greatly increased our performance.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a platform that provides you with business intelligence and analytics through world-class specialty services so you can implement unique intelligence applications. It has the ability to bring in multiple different sources of multiple different types of data and allow the user to use them to present them in a more compressible and actionable way. It has a clean, organized and attractive interface where you navigate without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a rewarding experience with good results. However, I must say that sometimes the software is a bit slow and has a slightly high learning curve, it is nothing to worry about, with days it is already known what each tool works for, improving the optimization of each tool will always be a recommendation to avoid freezing the information used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use mictrostrategy for several different departments within our company, it provides us with greater ease of creating reports and we can automate much of them, which is truly gratifying because of the flexibility with which we can work. It solves many of our needs and is easy to use. This is extremely important since not all people are SQL experts. Reports and dashboards are updated in real time, this is undoubtedly an advantage. We save the templates that can be updated later without having to recreate them from scratch. For a better visualization we can perform a color separation to differentiate parameters, in general it is very complete and we are happy with the results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really useful when it comes to visualizing big data, its tools, performance and real functionalities that when comparing them with other software you realize that they are very good. You can analyze success metrics such as cases sold, revenue, specific product or customer segmentation. Your work team with the automated system will be able to establish a work flow and significant time savings, to channel them in other areas. Totally recommended.
MSTR User for dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
The conference is very rewarding and helpful, and it provided me with lots of future products. Personally, I am very interested in hyperintelligence tech. It is easy to use, very flexsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workshop and session provided too high level big picture, sometimes I do not understand of what they are focusing on. In the future, if they can provide us with more examples and guide, it will be very helful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize data for our operators, when they request the information, they can just open the MSTR app to see it, and it is very self serviced. It makes our job very easy once we have build the dashboard ad documents for people, and it makes our job very easy to pull the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to use it, it can save a lot of time! Love it. Can create charts and graph by locations easily (no need to refresh a pivot table or chart to send individual reports)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve and may be difficult for someone who is not technical. I can see the value and ease of Dossier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in HR, there are a lot of adminstrative/manual work with reporting. We are all over the US and people like to see reports by regions, locations, and supervisors. Microstrategy has reduced the time it takes to send these reports and dashboards out.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user friendly the tool is and how easy it is to teach my customers how to get the most out of their data using microstrategy. I have been using it for over 10 years now and I love how much it has grown and new features over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful tool that has a lot of capabilities to analyze data. I love the ease of drilling into your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
My frustration is that when exporting to excel it does not carry over formulas or certain formatting. Our users have very specific requirements which forced us to create an excel plug-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How is Foriegn Aid being applied and managed via missions across the world and is that budget being effectly applied by utlizing performance metrics.
