Looking for a hosted CRM solution, you have to give the X2CRM a chance to earn your business. I have been running this product for a little over a year and they are constantly improving both the look and feel but more importantly they are bringing new tools and technology to improve your business. We have improved our customer service through the use of assignments in work flows, this keeps everyone accountable.
