What do you like best about the product?
Fast and reliable with remote collectors and load sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
Price and user interface. Nagios is open source and the visual add-on is not worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of infrastructure. Visualization of the network map and fast response for the incidents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think twice. It is not bad for the price but if you have a lot of time you can achieve almost all functionalities on open source solution.

Spent the last 20 minutes trying to figure out how to login. Very frustrating.

Default user/pass is suppose to be root/monitor; does not work.

Tried monitor / monitor; still not working.

Went spluknig around the system with ec2 key;

Found the script: op5-manage-users --update --username=root --password=**** --module=default --realname=root --group=admin

and fail again.

Some quickstart documentation would be awesome.

Based on the last hour; sticking with Zabbix.

It was very easy to install and worked perfectly. It is a good way for software vendors to market their products without the hazzles of installing in the customers hardware. It can focus on testing and evaluating the software instead of going trough the install process.
