Dreadful customer service
I accidentally signed up for an annual plan on Linux, having intended to buy for a windows server. Totally my fault. I cancelled immediately - within minutes. I was immediately billed around $1500 for an annual subscription, notwithstanding the 'trial period' offer. Two months later after numerous attempts to contact Orbitera via AWS (to which I have yet to receive a response) and a dozen or more emails with Amazon, I have not been refunded.

Licenese - Adobe will resolve

The license is Enterprise.
We ran in to the issue of a Developer license showing on a Windows version of CF. We emailed Adobe as described in the AWS marketplace product description and very quickly received a detailed response with a fix. The fix would apply to Linux as well.

Developer Edition only!
This installs developer edition (not standard or enterprise). Those PDFs they talk about in the short product description? They all have nice big fat watermarks on them. Be advised, this is false advertising.
