Easy way to access Microsoft apps

What do you like best about the product?
I like this because you can access and run this on a web server. It's database management is rather reliable as well as providing flexabiity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always compatible with operating systems. Other updated versions work a little better and have more options for users/developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data storage and applications usage.

Unable to connect to the sql instance even from the server. Service runs but the instance is unknown to the server.

I tried t2.medium, c series, and the AMI would not work with any of the instance types. It would be helpful if the supported AMI types would be mentioned in the document.
