The product is not working properly
We have purchased this product. But the conexion withthe Redshift cluster is not working properly.
THe odbc conexion is ok, and we can run queries but if the resultset of the queries is more than 10-15 rows the querie aparently never finish aund in the monitor of queries of the redshift cluster the querie has finish ok.
It seems to be a problem with some windows configuration.
Finally we have launched a bigger EC2 instance with windows server 12 and we have installed spotfire desktop on it, and now is working OK.
But we would liketo pay per hours no the full license, I hope this problem will be fixed soon.
